本项目通过中国铁塔电子采购平台（https：///）（以下简称“平台”）获取电子招标文件，具体如下：

4.2.1登录中国铁塔电子采购平台（https：///）进行本项目招标文件的登记申领。未在平台注册的投标人须先进行注册，注册方法详见本公告“【7】投标人注册”。

4.2.4招标文件费用：每套售价300元人民币，售后不退。按项目发售，投标人通过华信电子招投标平台（ 19555186198）。

华信电子招投标平台新供应商注册：未注册供应商，需输入网址（ (供应商）】，并根据操作手册完成标书费缴纳。招标文件款支付完成后，在中国铁塔电子采购平台点击“线下支付”并联系招标代理机构确认后下载招标文件。

4.2.5招标文件款发票事宜：标书费缴纳后可在华信电子采购平台开具标书费发票。

6.1样品递交截止时间：与投标文件递交截止时间保持一致。

6.3★投标人应提供符合招标人产品技术规格要求的1500W的交流压缩机空调设备样品1台。

6.4★一体化机柜空调压缩机应具备独立的充氟口，冷凝管全部应为铜制，确保后期可维修更换及充氟。

（根据投标人提供的样品及视频解说进行评审，视频解说建议配音说明，长度在2分钟内。）

6.5样品退回时间：中标单位样品由招标人封样保存，其余投标单位的样品在中标结果公示发出后5个工作日内退回。

7.1平台注册

已在中国铁塔电子采购平台完成注册但忘记密码的潜在投标人，请点击平台“忘记密码”按钮，按照网页要求填写相关信息并上传相关文件，重置密码。

未在中国铁塔电子采购平台完成注册的潜在投标人，请点击平台“新用户注册”按钮进行注册，具体操作详见“操作手册”专区的《用户注册登录操作手册》。

7.2CA证书办理
