项目概况

本项目位于河北省石家庄市藁城区常安镇常安庄园北侧（G515西侧），配合当地新能源项目发展，拟建设 200MW/800MWh 的储能电站 1 座，配套建设 4.9 公里 220kV 外送线路。主要用于削峰填谷和减缓电网升级，提高电网对可再生能源发电的消纳能力，解决弃风、弃光问题，同时对电网调频、调峰发挥重要作用。
