The total mobilization fee (if any) of all leased equipment are 100,000 Php.













Payment Terms









Each payment, the Lessee pays 97% of the leasing fee to the Leaser, temp{**arily withholding3% as maintenance security deposit, to be paid to the second party within 30 days upon completion of the contract, When the lessee completed the payment, the leaser shall provide offical receipt(OR).













Mobilization









The total mobilization fee (if any) of all leased equipment are 100,000 Php , mobilization fee is the contract lump sum fee.













Evaluation Criteria









Experience, responsiveness/Full compliance to requirements and lowest price [1].













CHEC will award to:









One business firm who meets the requirements.

Any delay in CHEC’s response shall be not used as a reason f{** extending the deadline f{** submission, unless CHEC determines that such an extension is necessary and communicates a new deadline to the Proposers.









Services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum requirement described above and any other annexes providing details of CHEC requirements.
