提供中国教育和科研计算机网的相关服务1.我司提供100MIPv4网络带宽接入到全国主干网，接入服务提供商具有独立的国际出口。国际接入互联带宽50G，与国外教育网络（如欧洲GREANT、美国Internet2、亚洲APAN/TANET/HARNET/KISTI等等）直接互联。2.我司免费提供不少于8个C类公有IP地址，；3.我司免费提供不少于1段::/48的IPv6地址，通过IPv6高校可以顺畅访问国外的学术网站，方便师生进行科研工作。4.我司提供“”的顶级域名解析服务。教育网提供免费的高速域名解析服务和域名托管服务，教育网为的会员用户提供免费高速解析服务，及不限制用户添加的域名和记录数量、域名共享管理、域名锁定等功能。5.我司支持静态接入，并可发布全球路由表。6.对用户提出的临时性的重要国内外网络应用需求，应在技术和带宽方面给予服务保障。7.提供线路维修维护承诺。网络状态监控探测系统7*24小时运行。售后人员2小时响应，4小时内恢复网络通信。
