2.由于“四、主要标的信息”为系统不可编辑内容，本项目服务范围、服务要求、服务时间（履行期限）、服务标准具体如下：



采购包1（广州市黄埔区区域雷电灾害风险评估项目）



（一）服务范围：本次需开展区域雷电灾害风险评估的范围有4个片区共28个地块，区域面积合计111.2平方公里。



（二）服务要求：按照要求完成区域雷电灾害风险评估工作四个阶段的内容并提交工作成果，成果必须符合气象主管部门及区域评估工作的规定要求。



（三）服务时间（履行期限）：签订合同之日起至通过气象主管部门的备案审批，成果上网完成为止。



（四）服务标准：中标人提供的服务须满足采购需求的要求、投标文件中的相关承诺及合同约定要求。



采购包2（广州市黄埔区区域气候可行性论证项目）



（一）服务范围：本次需开展区域气候可行性论证的范围有4个片区共30个地块，区域面积合计143.9平方公里。



（二）服务要求：按照要求完成区域气候可行性论证工作的四个阶段内容并提交工作成果，成果必须符合气象主管部门及区域评估工作的规定要求。



（三）服务时间（履行期限）：签订合同之日起至通过气象主管部门的备案审批，成果上网完成为止。



（四）服务标准：中标人提供的服务须满足采购需求的要求、投标文件中的相关承诺及合同约定要求。
