按照《自然资源部办公厅关于开展2021年度全国国土变更调查工作的通知》（自然资办发〔2021〕-68号）、《黑龙江省自然资源厅关于组织开展全省耕地质量分类年度更新与监测工作的通知》（〔2022〕-670号）等文件要求，开展克东县耕地资源质量分类年度更新与监测工作，要求完成以下内容：1.以“三调”耕地资源质量分类成果、以及2020年度和2021年度国土变更调查成果为基础，开展2020年度和2021年度耕地资源质量分类年度更新工作；2.以2021年度国土变更调查成果和耕地资源质量分类更新成果为基础，开展2021年度耕地资源质量分类年度监测工作。

合同履行期限：合同签订后60个日历日。
