七、 申请理由：浙江图书馆为保证读者的数字资源利用，历年来采购的中外文数据库有100多个。这些数据库中，部分数据库需要逐年采购更新数据。EMERALD（纸刊+库）经济管理学数据库，收录全球知名学术类期刊论文、电子书以及同行评审案例，为我省科研机构和个人开展学术研究、科技创新提供国际最前沿科学进展和最新学科热点研究，具备国际领先学术支撑和文献保障。该数据库国内没有可替代产品，只能由进口数据库单位更新，因此本次申请采购进口产品。
