采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：本项目拟采用单一来源采购方式，推荐金华日报报业传媒中心为单一来源供应商，理由如下：
（1）金华日报报业传媒集团是走在全省、全国地市党报最前列的报业传媒集团，报、网、微、端、频全面融合，拥有金华日报、金华晚报、金华新闻网、金华新闻手机客户端等全媒体矩阵，是中共金华市委机关报和中国十大地市党报，是浙中地区最具权威的高品质新型主流媒体，具有无可替代的权威性和影响力。
（2）本项目可充分发挥金华日报报业传媒集团在全媒体宣传、深度策划等方面的资源优势，整合金报融媒体的视频拍摄、制作技术，通过在《金华日报》、金华新闻客户端等媒体平台及时刊发以及拍摄制作短视频等，高质量做好系列主题宣传，推动金华山深度宣传，提升“跟着传说游金华山”大型融媒体系列专题宣传的影响力。
（3）金华日报报业传媒中心是金华日报报业传媒集团直属专业执行机构，全权负责经营金报集团所属《金华日报》、《金华晚报》、金华新闻客户端等所有媒体平台的宣传广告业务。
因此，根据《政府采购法》第三十一条“1、只能从唯一供应商处采购的”，本项目特申请向金华日报报业传媒中心单一来源采购。
