七、 申请理由： 医院因病人检查需要拟采购1.5T磁共振1套，主要用于胸部、腹部、乳腺、关节、动静脉血管等部位检查。经临床考察调研，进口磁共振的优点在于1）检查速度快，满足医院日常检查患者多的现状；2）原厂线圈种类齐全，满足不同患者不同部位检查的需求。3）图像处理软件丰富，提高检查图像的质量，有助于医院更加精准的为患者作出诊断分析。4）低噪声静音扫描功能改善，检查扫描时噪音低，有效提高了患者检查的舒适度。鉴于上述功能，国产磁共振尚不能完全满足临床检查需要，故申请允许进口品牌参与。
