成交人须对项目实施提供必要的技术支持和服务保证，对本项目投入足够的检测、观测人员，配备足够的检测、观测仪器设备。其他具体要求详见采购文件第三部分《用户需求书》。



（1）桩基检测：成交人须在接采购人进场通知后10天内进场，配合施工进度完成检测工作后的3个工作日内给出初步检测结果，并在14个工作日内出具正式报告；（2）主体沉降观测：自首层柱浇筑完成后开始进场观测，观测成果的提供密度按规范要求执行。



本次桩基检测及主体沉降观测服务须达到现行主要的中华人民共和国以及省、市或行业的相关技术标准或规范的要求。其他具体标准详见采购文件第三部分《用户需求书》。
