1. 招标条件

1.1本招标项目 犍为县2022年自然村通硬化路工程项目（第二次） (项目名称)已由 犍为县发展和改革局 (项目审批、核准或备案机关名称)以 犍发改项目审[2022]39 号 （批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为 犍为县 15 个镇人民政府 ， 建设资金来自 省级补助资金和县财政资金 （资金来源），出资比例为 100% （出资比例无法确定时填写“/”），招标人为 犍为世纪城乡建设（集团）有限公司 。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的勘察设计进行公开招标。

2. 项目概况与招标范围

2.1 工程概况： 建设地点：犍为县 15 个镇。建设规模：新改建自然村通硬化道路 80.1 公里，水泥混凝土路面，路面宽度 4.5 米。（说明本次招标项目的建设地点、规模等） ；

3. 投标人资格要求

3.1 投标人资格条件： 详见投标人须知前附表附录资格审查条件。

3.2 本次招标:

? 不接受联合体投标。

3.3 每个投标人最多可对 1 个标段投标，但只允许中 1 个标；

□ 投标截止日在四川省交通运输厅网站公布评定为 / 信用等级的投标人，最多可对 / 个标段投标，但只允许中 / 个标段。（中2个及以上标段时，每个标段拟投入主要人员不得相同）。

3.4 与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的单位、不得参加投标。法定代表人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标，否则，相关投标均无效。

4. 招标文件的获取

4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于 2022年07月06日 至 2022年07月10日 登陆乐山市公共资源交易服务平台官网（

4.2 招标人不提供招标文件获取的其他方式。

5. 投标文件的递交

5.1投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2022年07月29日 09时30分 ，投标人应在截止时间前通过乐山市公共资源交易服务平台官网（

5.2本项目采用“双信封”模式开评标【即：第一个信封（商务及技术文件）和第二个信封（报价文件））】。逾期在线递交的投标文件，招标人将予以拒收。

6. 发布公告的媒介

本次招标公告在《全国公共资源交易平台（四川省.乐山市）》和 乐山市公共资源交易服务平台 (公告发布的其它媒介名称）上发布。
