1.镇区主要道路、政府大院及门前广场的清扫保洁；2.镇区生活垃圾（含大件垃圾）收集，清运至上洋镇垃圾中转站；3.镇区下水道口垃圾清理保洁；4.镇区范围春秋两季度开展二次全面性病媒生物防制工作。

每天实行8小时部分路段（镇区7条道路、中心文化广场、政府大院及门前广场）实行8小时的清扫保洁工作制。若工作时间内保洁不到位或检查不合格或遇到特殊情况（如遇重大活动或上级检查），采购人要求加班的，中标人需无条件按甲方要求进行。保洁范围内，每天进行两次普扫（上午、下午各清扫一次），实行全天巡回保洁。

2022年7月1日至2025年6月30日（共三年，自合同签订起计、每满12个月计一个服务年度）

按照国务院《城市市容和环境卫生管理条例》和住建部《城镇市容环境卫生劳动定额》等法规和行业标准，按时保质地完成清扫任务。
