七、 申请理由：医院超声科等科室因工作需要，拟采购彩色多普勒超声诊断仪1台。本次采购的超声主要用于超声科的病人检查。经功能和图像对比，进口高档彩色超声仪的图在腹部、心脏、妇产科等疾病检查时，检查软件功能丰富、图像清晰，在诊断、治疗、手术会诊等方面，可为医师提供准确、丰富的病情信息。国产设备目前尚无法很好满足疑难杂症的临床检查需求。鉴于上述功能要求，特此申请，允许采购进口设备。
