（1）法定代表人授权书（附法定代表人、被授权人身份证复印件）及被授权人身份证（法定代表人直接参加投标，须提供法定代表人身份证明及身份证原件）；

（2）供应商须具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，并且具有有效的安全生产许可证；

（3）拟派项目经理具备建筑工程二级及以上注册建造师资格及安全生产考核合格证（建安B证）且未担任其它在建工程的项目经理;

（4）供应商不得为“信用中国”网站（

（5）本项目不接受联合体投标;

（6）本项目专门面向中小企业。
