合同包1(宾馆、温泉洗漱用品采购及配送服务)特定资格要求如下:





（1）供应商为响应招标并参加投标的合法注册的企业法人、事业法人或其他组织。企业法人应提供合法有效的标识有统一社会信用代码的营业执照；事业法人应提供事业单位法人证书；其他组织应提供合法登记证明文件；

（2）供应商应授权合法的人员参加投标全过程，其中法定代表人/负责人直接投标，须提交法定代表人/负责人身份证明书和身份证；法定代表人/负责人授权代表参加投标的，须出具法定代表人/负责人授权书及授权代表身份证；招标文件中凡是需要法定代表人签字或盖章之处，非法人单位的负责人均参照执行；

（3）财务状况报告：提供2020或2021年度经审计的完整财务审计报告，或其开标前三个月内银行出具的资信证明，或财政部门认可的政府采购专业担保机构出具的投标担保函。
