（1）供应商应是合法注册的法人或其他组织,并出具营业执照（三证合一）；？（2）供应商须具备建筑工程施工总承包三级以上(含三级)资质，具有有效的安全生产许可证；（3）拟派项目经理须具备建筑工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格,？具有有效的安全生产考核合格证书，在本单位注册且无在建工程；（4）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度(提供近三年任意一年经会计事务所或审计机构审计的财务审计报告（成立时间至投标文件递交截止时间不足一年的可提供成立后任意时段的资产负债表）或在投标截止时间前六个月内其开户银行出具的资信证明及开户银行证明材料）；（5）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录（提供投标截止时间12个月内任意一个月依法缴纳税收和社保证明（社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明），依法免税的应提供相关证明材料，依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的应提供相关证明材料）；（6）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的声明；（7）提供法定代表人授权委托书及委托代理人有效身份证原件，法定代表人直接参加开标会议，需提供法定代表人身份证明及其有效的身份证原件；（8）供应商不得为“信用中国”网站（
