二、申请人的资格要求：



1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

3.本项目的特定资格要求：



合同包1(第三方公司违建拆除（第一包）)特定资格要求如下:





(1)拟参加本项目的潜在供应商应且具备建设行政主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，并且具备合格有效的安全生产许可证。







(2)（1）项目经理须具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上的注册建造师证书和安全生产考核合格证书（B证）； （2）技术负责人须具备中级及以上相关技术职称； （3）拟派项目管理人员配备齐全、合理，包含施工员（工长）、质量员、安全员，安全员须具备安全生产考核合格证书（C证），施工员（工长）、质检员须具备上岗证书或岗位培训考试合格证书； （4）拟派项目经理未担任其它在建工程项目。以上要求的人员均要求提供近3个月企业缴纳社会养老保险证明。
