3.本项目的特定资格要求：





合同包1(中央空调等三个后勤班组业务外包)特定资格要求如下:





1）在中华人民共和国境内注册，依法取得并有效存续的营业执照（含电子营业执照）事业单位法人证书民办非企业单位登记证书非企业专业服务机构执业许可证等；

2）参加本项目的供应商应具备建设行政主管部门核发有效的机电施工总承包三级以上（含三级）或建筑机电安装工程专业承包三级（含三级）及以上资质以及合法有效的安全生产许可证；

3）财务状况报告：①2020年度或2021年度经审计的财务会计报告（至少包括审计报告、资产负债表和利润表，成立时间至提交投标文件截止时间不足一年的可提供成立后任意时段的资产负债表）；②提交投标文件截止时间三个月内其基本账户开户银行出具的资信证明（附基本存款账户信息）；满足上述两项任意一项即可；

4）缴纳税收：提供投标截止日前一年内已缴纳的至少一个月的纳税证明或完税证明（任意税种），依法免税的单位应提供相关证明材料；

5）社会保障资金缴纳证明：提供投标截止日前一年内已缴存的至少一个月的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明，依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的单位应提供相关证明材料；

6）出具参加本次政府采购活动前三年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；
