规划范围为木里藏寺群风景名胜区及木里恰朗多吉风景名胜区范围，木里藏寺群风景名胜区面积约215.18平方千米，木里恰朗多吉风景名胜区面积约419.43平方千米（实际面积以范围论证为准）



在收集基础资料和开展本底资源调查基础上，按照相关技术规范，编制《木里藏寺群风景名胜区总体规划(2022-2035)》及《木里恰朗多吉风景名胜区总体规划(2022-2035)》成果。规划成果包括规划文本、规划图纸、规划说明书、基础资料汇编等四个部分。



2022年6月20日前提交初步成果，2022年6月30日前完成所有服务内容。



按照《财政部关于进一步加强政府采购需求和履约验收管理的指导意见》（财库[2016]205号）的要求进行验收。验收结果合格的，成交供应商凭采购人出具的证明文件到采购人指定地点办理支付手续；验收结果不合格的，将不予支付采购资金，将上报本项目至同级财政部门，参照政府采购法律法规等有关规定给予行政处罚或者以失信行为记入诚信档案。
