3.本项目的特定资格要求：





合同包1(第一标段：儿科病区搬迁改造)特定资格要求如下:





3.1、投标人参加本项目的合法授权人授权委托书；投标人应授权合法的人员参加投标全过程，其中法定代表人直接参加投标的，须出具法人身份证，并与营业执照上信息一致。法定代表人授权代表参加投标的，须出具法定代表人授权书及授权代表身份证、授权代表本单位证明（养老保险缴纳证明或劳动合同）3.2、投标人须具有建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级（含二级）及以上资质，具有有效的安全生产许可证；3.3、投标人拟派项目经理具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师证书，并具有安全考核证，无在建项目（提供无在建项目承诺书）；3.4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。
