1、2022年度自然资源统一确权登记项目（1-9包）招标文件中项目编号（TYD[2022]-FW005）与招标公告中项目编号不一致，按照项目编号统一要求现确定项目编号以招标公告中（项目编号：ZCBN-省本级-2022-00603）为准，其包号（01-09）不变；



2、原招标公告开标地点为“西安会展国际酒店 6 楼会议室(贵宾厅)”，因场地原因，变更开标地点为“西安市碑林区长安北路58号西安宾馆-大会场：北一楼长乐宫”；



3、招标文件 “投标人须知”的“三、投标文件”中“5.投标保证金”的5.4有关保证金收据的要求更正为投标保证金交纳凭证（加盖公章）；



4、招标文件“投标人须知”的“三、投标文件”中“7.投标文件的装订”的7.2 投标文件的装订”中要求提供资质文件壹份，现明确本项目提交资料以投标人须知前附表为准；无需提供“资质文件”；



5、因疫情防控政策原因，各投标人仅委托一名代表到场参加开标会议，其代表须持有开标时间前48小时内的核酸检测阴性证明；到场人员需自备口罩等防护工具，做好个人防护。
