（1）日常运营工作，为全局提供日常工作协助支持，配合用户完成政府要求的各类检查；主要对办公电脑、机、扫描仪，网络设备等硬件设备的检查，确保硬件设备、设施正常运作；维护好桌面保内设备，包括安装、连接、设置、调试、故障检测、耗材更换、故障配件更换等，需送修的应及时告知并做好信息登记，保外或要报废的设备根据流程实施并登记；针对操作系统、办公软件、应用软件及软件的升级和打补丁的相关工作；定期对办公、生产终端进行病毒扫描，及时更新病毒库。快速解决硬件设备故障引起的问题。（2）咨询服务，及时对全局信息化软硬件设备的疑问进行问题解答，提供技术支持及咨询服务。（3）资源申请。根据本单位相关制度，协助开展资源申请工作。（4）运维操作手册编制。根据实际情况，制定运维操作手册，减少或避免因操作带来的失误，而导致重大的损失，制定详细的手册，可以大大减少风险。（1）信息化需求收集及梳理。主要通过人员驻场服务方式，不定期收集全局信息化需求，并进行整合梳理，统计分析局内信息化方面的问题，为领导决策提供支撑；对维保范围内所有计算机、机等桌面设备和软件资源进行登记、编号和统计，梳理信息资产，制作资产标签粘贴至对应设备，及时更新信息库；对单位的消耗型资产，作耗低值易耗品信息登记，并提报给对接人，以供核查。（2）支撑服务体系。主要通过人员驻场服务方式，根据所服务的实际情况，制定服务报告，完善服务体系。（3）服务报告编制。根据运维的实际情况，制定运维服务报告，每周发送运维报告给客户，每月发送运维报告给客户签字，年度运维报告还需要客户盖章。（4）运营风险报告编制。定时给局发送运营报告，针对局的硬件、软件及其他的设备进行风险评估，并汇报给客户，配合客户避免或降低风险。服务成果：包括但不限于保障桌面设备的正常运行；运营项目周报、月报；信息化需求收集表；技术支持分析报告等。

（1）提供1名项目经理负责项目各方的沟通协调，资源整合，从行政组织、后勤保障和支撑条件各方面创造良好的服务环境，确保项目的顺利实施。（2）指派2名运营工程师提供驻场服务，2名工程师工作经验>3年。（3）提交运营月报服务分析报告、年度运营报告等项目材料。（4）按业主单位要求，驻场人员按时出勤，保障出勤率，不允许迟到早退等情况。（5）按时按质量完成常规作业，如日志分析/清理、方案编制等，同时未经负责人方同意，不允许带无关人员进入驻场单位办公区。（6）出现需求时，快速受理服务请求，根据不同的服务需求在不同时间内进行响应，出现问题时，需安排驻场技术人员现场处理。
