1、按照《海洋调查规范》《海洋监测规范》等相关技术标准的规定，完成海洋渔业资源（调查站位不少于240个）、鱼卵（调查站位不少于240个）和仔稚鱼（调查站位不少于240个）的4季调查。2、调查报告涉及的内容以及反映情况的数据必须真实可靠，不许有偏差及失误。所运用的资料、数据，都要经过反复核实，确保内容真实性。3、自项目合同签订后第13月-第14月完成调查报告和数据库，召开专家评审验收会，提交终稿成果。
