（2）、供应商须具有建筑工程施工总承包三级或以上资质且具有安全生产许可证；

（3）、拟派项目负责人具有本企业注册的建筑工程专业二级或以上注册建造师证书及安全生产考核合格证,且无在建；

（4）、供应商不得为“信用中国”网站（

（5）、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同投标人（承包商），不得同时参加本项目的投标（书面声明）；

（6）企业法人授权委托书和被授权人有效身份证原件（法定代表人投标须出示法人证明书及身份证原件）;
