1.购买招标文件时，须提供以下资料（以下资料需加盖投标人公章）：

（1）营业执照复印件。

（2）《食品生产许可证》或《食品经营许可证》复印件。

（3）法定代表人证明书原件和法定代表人身份证复印件。如前来购买招标文件的是委托代理人，则须同时提供法人授权委托书原件和本人身份证复印件。

2.此项目须提交投标保证金，投标保证金提交情况详见招标文件。

3.疫情防控措施

（1）因受新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情的影响，为减少人群聚集原则，本项目不设置投标人参加现场开标环节，投标人在采购文件规定的递交投标文件截止时间前递交投标文件后可自行离场，如对开标过程有异议的，可申请调看现场监控。

（2）开标当天，前来递交投标文件的投标人代表（法定代表人或委托代理人）须服从现场工作人员安排，必须佩戴口罩，接受现场信息登记及体温监测。并提供本人“粤康码”及行程码，非“绿码”人员不得参与招投标活动，若行程码带有（*）号的必须提供48小时内的核酸检测报告，未能提供核酸检测报告的，将拒绝其投标。行程码未带有（*）号的则无需提供核酸检测报告。

（3）投标人在递交投标文件时须同时递交《投标承诺书》(详见采购公告附件)，未按要求提交的,不允许其投标。
