茂名高新技术产业开发区升级后规划面积为9.81平方公里，由三个区块组成。区块一规划面积7平方公里，四至范围：东至高水一级公路，南至共青河支渠，西至工业大道，北至茂名园林局苗圃场；区块二规划面积2.36平方公里，四至范围：东至茂名港大道，南至下海村，西至海堤，北至峙仔村；区块三规划面积0.45平方公里，四至范围：东至岭脚村，南至博贺新港区，西至海堤，北至旭岚村。



成交供应商在合同签订并提供必要的环境影响评价资料后，须于2022年7月15日前编制完成环评报告书初稿（成果名称以最后的商定为准），并于合同签订并提供必要的环境影响评价资料后150个工作日内编制完成环评报告书（内容包括：完成送审稿，通过生态环境主管部门组织的专家组的评审以及形成报批稿）。



按照招标文件要求



环评报告书编制完成后，报生态环境主管部门组织专家进行评审通过，至生态环境主管部门出具审查意见为该项目完成编制的标准。
