对招标文件中“招标公告及投标人须知前附表1.4.1”条款中“投标人须符合藏建市管函[2018]275号及藏建市管[2011]85号、藏建招【2020】58号文件要求。联合体所有成员均须符合要求进行在藏备案（区内企业除外），联合体所有成员须进行项目备案，报名期内备案有效。”澄清修改为“投标人须符合藏建市管函[2018]275号及藏建市管[2011]85号、藏建招【2020】58号文件要求。联合体所有成员均须符合要求进行在藏备案（区内企业除外），牵头人须进行项目备案，报名期内备案有效。” 招标人：林周鹏博项目代建管理有限公司
