投标人应具备的资格和业绩：（1） 投标人必须是制造商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。（2）投标人在国内动力总成发动机装配线至少有1项发动机年产能10万以上的氦检项目成功案例（提供相关说明和合同复印件作为证明材料）。（3）工艺工程师具备至少5年动力总成装配工艺经验，控制工程师至少具备8年动力总成项目工作经验，测试工程师至少具备10年动力总成项目工作经验（投标时提供工艺工程师、控制工程师、测试工程师的详细工作经验及至少各1项业绩证明）。（4）投标人在国内有售后技术团队，8小时内响应售后问题，24小时可到达现场（投标时提供详细名单、职务及联系方法）。

By transforming the existing helium inflation system, helium is divided into three ways: calibration of helium, background of helium, and test of helium.

 

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

Qualifications and Performance：

(1) Bidder must be the manufacturer, has been successfully registered in the China International Tendering Network ( and in the tender registration and purchase of tender documents.(2) The bidder has at least one successful helium inspection project with an annual engine capacity of more than 100,000 in the domestic powertrain engine assembly line (provide relevant description and a copy of the first page of the contract as proof materials). (3) Lead process engineer must have at least 5 years working experience in engine assembly process and lead controls engineer must have at least 8 years working powertrain experience, lead test engineer must have at least 10 years working powertrain experience (Lead process engineer, lead control engineer, lead test engineer and at least one performance certificate of each shall be provided when bidding).(4) Bidders have after-sale technical team in China, response within 8 hours after problem, 24 hours can be arrived at the scene (detailed list, position and contact method shall be provided when bidding).
