投标人应具备的资格或业绩：QualificationsorPerformance：

1）投标人(包括联合体各成员)必须是依法注册的独立法人，对中国关境内投标人（包括联合体关境内成员）须提供有效的营业执照副本复印件，中国关境外投标人（包括联合体关境外成员）须提供企业经营许可证明文件复印件；

3）中国关境内投标人（包括联合体关境内成员）、国内制造商需按照中华人民共和国国务院发布的《放射性同位素与射线装置安全和防护条例》的规定，承诺在设备安装调试前提供有效的I类设备《辐射安全许可证》，其范围符合本次招标内容；

ThebidderfromwithinPRCcustomsterritory(includingdomesticmemberofJointVentureinthecustomsterritoryofChina)anddomesticmanufacturershallcommitthatitwillprovideacopyofvalidRadiationSafetyPermitforthebiddingproductsbeforetheinstallationandcommissioningofGoodsinaccordancewithCatalogIofthe“RegulationontheSafetyandProtectionofRadicalIsotopesandRadio-rayDevices”issuedbytheStateCouncilofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.

4）投标人应当符合如下规定：法定代表人为同一个人的两个或两个以上法人不得同时投标；母公司与其全资子公司和/或控股公司不得同时参加投标；
