汉中中心医院（中医医院）关于2022年上半年公开招聘高层次人才总成绩和体检的公告

根据《2022年上半年汉中市事业单位公开招聘高层次人才公告》及2022年6月1日汉中市中心医院（中医医院）发布的招聘高层次人才专业测试及面试等有关事项的公告，我院先后进行了专业测试及面试，现将考试总成绩及体检考察有关事项公告如下：

一、考试总成绩及进入体检人员名单公示

按照招聘岗位计划数1:1比例，根据应聘人员考试总成绩，由高分到低分确定参加体检人员。

考试总成绩及进入体检人员名单见附件《汉中市中心医院（中医医院）2022年上半年公开招聘高层次人才总成绩和进入体检人员名单》。

二、体检

（一）时间安排

体检时间：2022年6月10 日。

（二）体检要求

1.请参加体检的应聘人员于体检当天上午7：50在汉中市中心医院行政楼四楼人事科集中，逾期不到者，视为自愿放弃，责任自负。

2.参加体检时须佩戴口罩，持二代身份证（含有效期内的临时身份证）原件、近期免冠1寸彩色照片1张。

3．体检当天不得食用早餐、饮水，需保持空腹。体检前保持正常的生活规律，勿熬夜、饮酒、剧烈运动，注意休息，以免影响体检结果。进行X光检测前，须去除金属配饰及通讯器材，以免发生意外，影响检测结果。

4．体检未结束不得离开体检现场，体检期间禁止家长或亲友随行。

5．应聘人员不得擅自涂改或更换体检表，不得让他人冒名顶替参加体检，一经查实，取消聘用资格。

（三）其他事项

1．体检标准：参照新修订的《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》及《汉中市中心医院（中医医院）聘用人员入职体检标准》执行。

2．体检费用：由参加体检的应聘人员自理，由组织体检的医院负责收取。

3．对体检不合格的项目，医院将及时告知应聘人员；应聘人员如有疑义，可复检一次。复检结果必须由医院体检医师和监督人员共同签字确认。

4.请所有参加体检的应聘人员保持所留电话畅通。请自备符合防疫要求的一次性医用口罩、消毒湿巾等防疫用品。

体检不合格或个人自愿放弃形成的缺额，按照考试总成绩从高分到低分依次递补，只递补一次。递补人员采用电话通知，请相关人员保持电话畅通。

三、考察

应聘人员参加体检时，领取考察表。6月17日18:00前，将按要求填写盖章的考察表邮寄或送达至汉中市中心医院人事科。
