| Qualifications or Performance：Qualifications or Performance：1.The Bidder shall be the software developer of the software submitted or the authorized agent of the software developer, and provide the authorization letter issued by the developer. The Bidder must provide the Supplier Intellectual Property Statement. The template is shown in Attachment 4. 2.1) Domestic Bidders shall provide copies of the following qualification certificates: Business License or Certificate of Legal Person of Institutions with Unified Social Credit Code. 2) Foreign Bidders shall provide copies of the following qualification certificates: Valid business registration certificates.3.Performance Requirements: The Bidder shall have a successful performance of developing or selling three or more projects of the same specification or similar software as required by this Tender, and provide corresponding supporting documents (mainly including copies of sales contracts or sales orders).
