合同履行期限：自签订合同之日起至质量保修期、缺陷责任期均完毕。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定：

（1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力；

（2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；

（3）具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；

（4）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；

2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：

采购包整体专门面向中小企业--响应文件中需提供“中小企业声明函”或“残疾人福利性单位声明函”或“监狱管理局、戒毒管理局（含新疆生产建设兵团）出具的属于监狱企业的证明文件”。

(1)（1）具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；--响应文件中须提供证书；（2）具有有效的安全生产许可证；--响应文件中须提供证书；（3）项目经理具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师证书及B类安全生产考核合格证书，且未在其他在建项目中任职；--响应文件中须提供：①证书；②2022年1月1日至今至少3个月本供应商为其缴纳社保的证明材料（见商务其他要求）；③与本供应商签订的在有效期内的劳动合同；④《拟派项目经理未在其他在建项目中任职的承诺书》（格式自拟）。
